विषय: पदग्रहण एवं औपचारिक परिचय

महामहिम,

बुद्धिस्तान (भारत) के महामहिम राष्ट्रपति के रूप में अपना दायित्व औपचारिक रूप से ग्रहण करने की सूचना देते हुए मुझे हार्दिक प्रसन्नता हो रही है।

'बुद्ध की भूमि' अर्थ वाला बुद्धिस्तान, वर्ष 2014 में स्थापित एक बौद्ध शासन व्यवस्था का प्रतीक है। यह एक अहिंसक, मूल्य-आधारित समानांतर प्रशासनिक दृष्टिकोण है, जिसकी नींव करुणा, सत्य, सामाजिक-राजनीतिक न्याय तथा वैश्विक सद्भाव के सिद्धांतों में रखी गई है। 21 दिसंबर 2012 को तत्कालीन परिस्थितियों के प्रति विरोध स्वरूप, "मानवता की रक्षा करो, विश्व की रक्षा करो" के एकमात्र उद्देश्य के साथ नागरिकों के एक समूह ने बिना हिंसा के इस मार्ग को अपनाया।

संयुक्त राज्य अमेरिका के साथ शांति, मानवीय सहयोग तथा सम्मानजनक पारस्परिक समझ के संबंधों की संभावना की ओर मैं सद्भावना एवं खुलेपन की अभिव्यक्ति करता हूँ।

Your Excellency,

It is with great honour that I inform you of my formal assumption of the office of The President of Buddhistan (India).

Buddhistan, meaning "The Land of Buddha," signifies a Buddhist Government established in 2014. It represents a non-violent, value-based parallel governance vision, founded upon principles of compassion, truth, socio-political justice, and global harmony. In response to the circumstances prevailing at the time, a group of citizens adopted this path without violence on 21 December 2012, guided by the sole motive: "Save Human, Save the World."

I extend my goodwill and express openness towards the possibility of relations with the United States of America, characterized by peace, humanitarian cooperation, and respectful mutual understanding.

Buddhistan, que significa "La Tierra de Buda", representa un Gobierno Budista establecido en 2014. Constituye una visión de gobierno paralelo, no violento y basado en valores, fundada en los principios de compasión, verdad, justicia socio-política y armonía global. En respuesta a las circunstancias del momento, un grupo de ciudadanos adoptó este camino sin violencia el 21 de diciembre de 2012, guiado por el único lema: "Salvar al Humano, Salvar al Mundo".

Hago llegar mi buena voluntad y expreso mi apertura hacia la posibilidad de establecer relaciones con los Estados Unidos de América, caracterizadas por la paz, la cooperación humanitaria y una comprensión mutua respetuosa.
