Buddhistan Government Schemes & National Vision

This page documents the major public welfare schemes, policies, and long-term civilizational vision of the Buddhistan-Buddhist Government movement, as articulated by Dr. Sachin Prabhakar Sawant (President of India) in 1 Jan 2014. These initiatives are presented as part of a parallel governance philosophy focused on education, financial security, scientific thinking, human dignity, and sustainable civilization.

Core Vision:
“Save Human, Save World” — a long-term, science-based governance model aimed at social stability, economic security, and ethical human development.

1. Rashtrapati Pension Yojana (RPY)

The Rashtrapati Pension Yojana was launched on 6 December 2015 at Chaityabhoomi Park. The scheme is attributed to Dr. Sachin Prabhakar Sawant and is described as a universal financial security model for Indian citizens.

Key Features

  • Eligibility: All Indian citizens aged 11 to 60 years
  • Registration period: 1 to 10 years
  • Government-assisted bank account for every registered citizen
  • Total deposit target: ₹10 Lakh (Brainlo) over 10 years
  • Monthly withdrawal after maturity: ₹8,000
  • Pension duration: Lifetime (until death)

According to the movement’s documentation, lakhs of citizens registered on the launch day. The scheme emphasizes structured financial planning, long-term liquidity management, and disciplined economic behavior.

Note: The Buddhistan movement alleges that later political adaptations attempted to replicate the idea under different names without fully understanding the underlying financial architecture.
